Why Nayantara doesn’t party

  • IndiaGlitz, [Thursday,May 21 2009]

It’s hard to find a heroine like Nayantara. She might have earned herself the label of the most modern actress, who has had the whole of South India in her sway, yet, she is completely absent from the active night life and party scene of Chennai or Hyderabad.

The reason? Her colleagues owe this to her workaholic nature. They call the actress highly dedicated. And the actress herself, who is in Amsterdam currently, says it’s time for her to concentrate on her career.

It really looks like someone has planted sense in the actress, who badly needs a hit after four of her films flopped last year. While this has not affected her career as an actress, it is true that it’s time the actress reinvented herself and gave another hit.

Understanding this better than anybody else is the actress herself, who has taken criticism in her stride and is working hard on giving her best to her films: 'Aadhavan' with Suriya in Tamil, 'Bodyguard' with Dileep in Malayalam and 'Anjaneyulu' with Ravi Teja in Telugu.
